The privacy confirmation box on our forms records that you have seen this notice. It is not a request for marketing consent. We do not send marketing emails from website enquiries.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, such as website hosting, email delivery (SMTP) and analytics providers, and where the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Client contract records are kept for the life of the contract plus six years. Unsuccessful job applications are kept for up to 6 months unless you agree to a longer period. Website logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, and to ask us to correct, erase or restrict it, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to data portability where it applies, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise a right, contact us using the details above. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
Security
Our website uses HTTPS encryption, our forms are protected against automated abuse, and enquiry details are sent to our team by authenticated, encrypted email. Website logs do not record the content of your enquiry.

We will update this policy when our practices change. The version and effective date are shown at the top.
