Our officers
SIA licence verification
Officers carrying out licensable activities must hold the relevant SIA front-line licence, which requires identity and criminal record checks and an approved qualification. We check licences against the SIA’s public register before deployment and keep them under review, because licences can be suspended or revoked.
Vetting and screening
As an SIA Approved Contractor we screen staff before employment. Many clients specify screening to BS 7858, the British Standard for screening individuals employed in a secure environment. If your contract requires a particular screening standard or additional checks, tell us at the proposal stage and we will confirm how it will be met.
Training and site induction
Beyond licence-linked training, officers are briefed on the assignment instructions, site hazards, emergency procedures and the client’s own requirements before they start.
